Search Engine - All of the collections are located on one elevated floor plate delivering the ideal type of flexibility this particular library requires.

Civic Forum - The major “fixed” civic and urban programs are located on the ground level and partially submerged. This anticipates connections to the park’s future subterranean developments.

Serendipity Machine - The living and learning functions are located in a variety of attic spaces on the top floor of the library. Ascending or descending from the collections floor plate provides access to all of the living, learning, events, and civic programs.
